Welcome to Synta ("Synta," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Synta website, platform, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service.
These Terms are effective March 27, 2026. For an existing paid subscription, materially revised payment, renewal, cancellation, or refund terms apply no earlier than the first renewal after we provide any notice or obtain any consent required by applicable law. Charges and conduct before that effective time remain governed by the terms and disclosures in effect when they occurred.
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Synta provides an AI-powered workflow automation platform that helps users create, debug, and optimize n8n workflows. Our Service includes AI-assisted workflow generation, intelligent debugging, performance optimization, and workflow management tools. The specific features and functionalities of the Service may evolve over time, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with or without notice.
You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username, password, API keys, etc.). You must notify us immediately at Info@synta.io of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Synta will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from unauthorized access to your account.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
All content, software, trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, graphics, and other materials provided as part of the Service (collectively, the "Synta Content") are the exclusive property of Synta or its licensors. Except as explicitly permitted herein, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any Synta Content without our express prior written permission.
If the Service allows you to submit, post, or display content (such as workflows, configurations, comments, feedback, or data) ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant Synta a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in connection with operating, providing, and improving the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such collection and processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices. For clarity, we do not use your responses, prompts, or workflow content submitted through the Service to train custom AI models.
Before you complete a subscription purchase, the checkout page identifies the selected plan, price, billing interval, and any applicable trial or introductory terms. By selecting a paid plan and completing checkout, you confirm that you reviewed those disclosures and expressly authorize Synta and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method at the disclosed interval, including automatically recurring subscription fees and applicable taxes, until the subscription is canceled. Each renewal charge is made under this continuing authorization.
Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period. Your subscription automatically renews for successive periods of the same duration at the then-applicable price unless it is canceled before the next renewal date. We may retry a failed payment as permitted by our payment processor and applicable law.
Not using the Service, using only part of a billing period, deleting workflows or integrations, or removing a payment method does not cancel the subscription or revoke charges already properly incurred.
If a trial or promotional period is offered, its duration, price, and conversion terms are disclosed at checkout. Unless you cancel before the trial or promotional period ends, the subscription converts to the paid plan shown at checkout and renews automatically. Eligibility for trials and promotions may be limited, and they may not be combined unless expressly stated.
You may cancel through the Billing & Invoices section of your account. To complete cancellation, follow the cancellation flow through the final Cancel Subscription confirmation. When cancellation succeeds, the Service will show that the subscription is scheduled to cancel and may also send a confirmation email. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation is prospective, takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for, and does not reverse charges from earlier billing periods.
A cancellation is complete only when your account shows the scheduled cancellation or Synta expressly confirms it in writing. Opening or partially completing the cancellation flow, providing feedback, asking how to cancel, requesting troubleshooting or cancellation assistance, ceasing use, or removing an integration or payment method does not by itself complete cancellation. A support conversation changes the subscription only if Synta expressly confirms the change in writing.
If a technical problem prevents you from completing cancellation, contact Info@synta.io promptly and before the next renewal when reasonably possible. Identify the account, the date and approximate time of the attempt, the step that failed, the device or browser used, and any available screenshot or error message. We will investigate a timely, verifiable report and make any correction required by these Terms or applicable law. Nothing in this paragraph limits a cancellation method or effective date required by applicable law.
You must provide a valid payment method and keep your billing and account information current and accurate. If you subscribe for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and bind that organization to these Terms. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, including activity by people to whom you provide access, except to the extent caused by Synta's breach of an applicable legal duty.
Failure to make timely payments constitutes a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service without notice if payment is overdue. We may also charge interest on overdue amounts at the maximum rate permitted by law, and you agree to reimburse us for any collection costs incurred.
We reserve the right to modify our fees and charges or introduce new charges at any time. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice (e.g., at least 30 days) of any price changes affecting your subscription, typically via email or notification within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the price change effective date constitutes your agreement to pay the modified amount.
All fees are exclusive of applicable federal, state, local, or other governmental taxes, levies, duties, or similar assessments (collectively, "Taxes"). You are responsible for paying all Taxes associated with your purchases hereunder, except for taxes based on our net income.
Fees charged before cancellation becomes effective are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used or unused billing periods. Exceptions apply where required by law, where a documented technical failure prevented timely cancellation and was promptly reported, or where Synta expressly agrees otherwise in writing. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer right.
You agree that electronic records may be used to administer the subscription and resolve billing questions, including the version of these Terms presented or accepted, checkout and payment records, invoices and receipts, account and authentication records, feature-access and usage logs, cancellation-flow events and timestamps, confirmation notices, IP and device information, and relevant support communications. We may provide relevant records to our payment processor, card networks, issuing banks, advisers, or authorities to respond to a payment inquiry or dispute, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us promptly at Info@synta.io so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve it. Identify the account, each charge date and amount at issue, the specific basis for disputing each charge, the date and method of any claimed cancellation, and any reasonably available supporting information. You agree to cooperate in good faith with reasonable efforts to verify and resolve the issue.
You must not knowingly make a false or misleading statement to Synta, a payment processor, card network, or financial institution; omit material information requested in connection with a dispute; misstate the date or completion of a cancellation; deny a charge you authorized; or seek recovery more than once for the same amount. A good-faith payment dispute does not violate these Terms merely because it is decided against you.
When we receive notice of a payment dispute, we may preserve and submit relevant evidence, suspend access associated with the disputed payment, and cancel future renewal as permitted by law. If a reversed amount is later determined to have been validly owed, it remains due, and we may seek recovery and reasonable collection costs to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms waives or restricts chargeback, refund, cancellation, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived, or prevents you from contacting your financial institution or a regulator. Where applicable law or binding card-network rules conflict with this Section, those rules control.
The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party services, APIs, or websites (e.g., n8n, data sources, authentication providers). Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies. Synta does not endorse, is not responsible or liable for, and makes no representations as to any aspect of such third-party services, including their content, practices, accuracy, availability, or reliability. Use them at your own risk.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SYNTA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY DATA OR INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SYNTA, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE, EVEN IF SYNTA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNTA'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SYNTA FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Synta, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to (a) your access to or use of the Service, (b) your User Content, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your infringement, or infringement by any other user of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, your violation of these Terms or if we believe your conduct is harmful to Synta, other users, or third parties. You may request termination of your account by contacting us. Discontinuing use of the Service or requesting account termination does not cancel an active paid subscription; subscriptions must be canceled as described in Section 9. Upon account termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including, without limitation, payment obligations, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability) shall survive termination.
We strive to keep the Service operational. However, planned maintenance, unforeseen technical issues, or external factors may result in temporary interruptions. We do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for any damages resulting from service unavailability or interruptions.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. The date at the top identifies the current version. If a change is material, we will provide advance notice through the Service, by email, or by another legally permitted method, and we will request affirmative consent where required by law. Material changes to subscription payment, renewal, cancellation, or refund terms apply prospectively as described above. By continuing to access or use the Service after revised Terms take effect, you agree to the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and cancel any active subscription before its next renewal.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the United States, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Most user concerns can be resolved quickly by contacting us at Info@synta.io. In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve a complaint you may have to your satisfaction (or if Synta has not been able to resolve a dispute it has with you after attempting to do so informally), we each agree to resolve those disputes through binding arbitration or small claims court instead of in courts of general jurisdiction.
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have certain data protection rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or applicable local laws. Synta is committed to complying with these regulations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on your rights (such as access, correction, deletion, objection) and how we process your personal data.
Synta shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
We welcome feedback, comments, and suggestions for improvements to the Service ("Feedback"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable, perpetual license to use and publish Feedback for any purpose, without compensation to you. All Feedback is provided voluntarily.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Synta regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, both written and oral.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible.
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Synta's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without Synta's prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. Synta may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
The section titles in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
